Place Requests in FirstSearch
1. Find an item in FirstSearch that you want to request.
2. Go to the full record for item.
3. Click the red 'Get It' button.
4. Click the red 'GO' button, beside 'Request item via ILLiad' under Interlibrary Loan.
5.
WebISO Secure Login screen opens. Login to WebISO.
6. Your ILLiad account screen will open, with your request already filled in with info from FirstSearch.
7. Submit request.
NOTE: If you use the Firefox browser, you will need to go through several screens to allow Firefox to accept the ILLiad certificate. You will only need to do this once. WebISO is incompatible with ILLiad so the old way of requesting, by clicking the “Request from Interlibrary Loan” link, no longer works. We will remove this link in the near future.
