How to Get Interlibrary Loan Copies We notify you by phone or email when copies are available, and you pick them up at circulation. Select other article delivery preferences in ILLiad - Receive photocopies by Campus Mail. Receive electronic full-text by email when possible. How to Get, Use, Renew, and Return Interlibrary Loans We notify you by phone or email when items are available, and you pick them up at circulation. Loan periods vary; usually about 3 weeks. You may request a loan renewal using ILLiad within a 15 day window: 7 days before through 7 days after the loan due date. EXAMPLE If due 3/10, request renewal between 3/3 and 3/17. Renewal requests are subject to the lending library's approval. Return items where you picked them up. What if I break the rules?
