The U. S. Patent and Trademark Office databases offer full-text and bibliographic records from January 1976 to the present.

These databases allow users to search and view the full-text contents and bibliographic information of patents. Users can search by patent numbers, titles, inventors, application dates, or descriptions/specifications, just to name a few options.
