Having Trouble Connecting?

Problem: You are unable to send or receive messages in the LivePerson (chat) window.

LivePerson uses a Java plug-in to run an applet inside a browser. If you have more than one browser on your computer, LivePerson might not start properly and you will not be able to send or receive messages in the LivePerson window.

Solution:

• Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Java Plug-In (if you have multiple Java plug-ins, go to the latest version)
• Select tab Browser
• Uncheck Internet Explorer
• Click Apply
