This is a community service offered by the Master of Arts Management Program
at Carnegie Mellon University. It is a central linking point for a group of
organizations and agencies working on computer and information technology
issues that impact the arts management process.
- Association
for Progressive Communications (APC)
This consortium consists of 25 international member networks. APC offers communication
links to over 50,000 NGOs, activists, educators, policy-makers, and community
leaders in 133 countries. The environment, human rights, development, and
peace are the core issues covered on this site.

Justice Research Association Cybrary
The Cybrary provides links to sites covering criminology & criminal justice
topics such as victims of crime, violence against women, crime prevention,
and gangs. Other links include discussion lists, announcement lists, e-journals,
and information regarding criminal justice careers.

This site provides information management scholars and practitioners with
a single entry point to resources related to information systems technology.
- Economic Success Clearinghouse
The Economic Success Clearinghouse summarizes information and technical assistance resources available in
40 to 45 program and issue areas. The site includes summaries of federal welfare
legislation; a catalog of and links to other welfare related web sites; a
calendar of welfare related events; and links to over 2,700 organizations
and publications pages containing "best practices," program information, policy
analysis, and legislative information. Other links are to state agency sites
and to electronic versions of state TANF plans.
