The index lists brief summaries of grants of $5000 or more made to non-profit organizations in the previous year, lists the names of recipient organizations and, in some cases, includes short program descriptions. A typical grant record gives the name and location of the recipient, the amount awarded, the date of authorization, a description of the grant, the source of data and the grant identification number.
