tips:
- Be patient. Don't give up when trying a
computer command unless you've already tried it 2 or 3 times.
- Wait until our computers have finished a
command, before sending another command/mouse-click.
- JPEG files are most commonly used on the
Web. Consider saving your files as JPEGs.
- Don't worry too much about having a high
resolution. 72 dots per inch (dpi/ppi) is all that is necessary for
displaying pictures on a screen. 300 dpi is OK if you would like to
print the files.
- If you want your scanned image to fit on
most monitors, keep in mind that many people have a monitor size of
800 x 600 pixels. You may want to keep your images smaller than this.
