Open PowerPoint
Go to “Insert,” “Picture,” and “New Photo Album.”
Under “Insert Picture from:” select “File/Disk.”
A dialog box will appear where you will be asked to locate the images you wish to insert into your presentation. Do this by selecting (using the drop down menu at the top of the box) the appropriate folder where your images are stored.
Select all of the images for insertion into the presentation. To do this, hold down the Shift key down as you click and highlight each image or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A to select all of the images in your folder.
Select "Insert."
The image files will appear listed in the “Pictures in Album” Box. Use the arrows at the bottom to rearrange the order of the files or to remove files. You can also select the layout of your presentation. For example, if you wish to add text to each image you would select “1 picture with title” under “Picture Layout”
When you're ready, select “Create” and your presentation will be created.
Under “Normal" view, you can add and edit text as well as resize your image. In the “Slide Sorter” view you can rearrange the slides in whatever order you would like.
When you've finished editing, be sure to save your presentation.
Select “View” and “Slide Show” to view your presentation. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to navigate through the presentation. To end the presentation right click on the screen and select "End Show."
