  Use the "Advanced Search" mode for more flexible online searching.

• Bibliography of the History of Art (Carnegie Mellon users only)
  Covers western art Iincluding Latin America) from late antiquity to the present. Includes articles, art-related books, conference proceedings and dissertations, and exhibition catalogs.

• Historical Abstracts and America: History & Life (Carnegie Mellon users only)
  Two databases of citations and abstracts to journals articles, book reviews, and dissertations in the areas of history, anthropology, political science, etc.
  

• HLAS Online
  Electronic version of the Handbook of Latin American Studies, a bibliography on Latin America. The database consists of annotated citations to books, journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers in anthropology, art, economics, geography, politics, history, international relations, literature, music, philosophy, and sociology.

  An archive of full-text articles in leading academic journals across the humanities, social sciences, and sciences.

  The catalog of the Royal Institute of British Architects library includes both books AND articles. It is especially strong in foreign periodical titles. Search results for articles are labeled ARTICLES.
