Internet Freedom Preservation Act Net Neutrality

In 2006 and 2007,
the University Libraries and Computing Services facilitated Carnegie Mellon's understanding and response to the Internet Freedom Preservation Act, proposed legislation to ensure that the Internet remains neutral and open, from service provider to end user.
