Cataloging Department

The Cataloging Department is responsible for creating bibliographic records of the materials in the University Libraries and making those records available in the library catalog (Cameo). Cataloging is also responsible for the physical processing and binding of materials for the libraries' collections, transferring materials from one location to another, withdrawing items from the library catalog, adding table of contents enhancement notes to catalog records and performing database maintenance.
